(iv) the quality of any products, services, data or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectation. You shall be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or any loss of data that results from the download of such materials. 5.3 ESSA Fees

8 Special agreement

9. Changes and effect of the Terms of Service

11.2 Jurisdiction

Your dispute arising from the use of the ESSA Services and in connection with the ESSA Services shall be resolved by ESSA in consultation with you. When negotiations fail, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be referred to the People’s Court for litigation in the jurisdiction where Tianhe District, Guangzhou.
